    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 29, 2019, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurant, received a petition for an Emergency Variance for Paragraph 4-301.11(A), 2009 FDA Food Code, subsection 61C-4.010(5), Florida Administrative Code, from KPMG LLP. located in LAKE NONA. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that adequate cold food storage is provided. They are requesting to share the Walk in cooler and Walk in freezer with another food service establishment under the same ownership and on the same premise.

    The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m.
