    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revisions to Chapter 62-600, F.A.C., are being considered to ensure proper collection and transmission of domestic wastewater.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Department is proposing amendments to Chapter 62-600, F.A.C., to update provisions as well as implement the relevant provisions of Florida’s Clean Waterways Act (Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida).
