PURPOSE, EFFECT AND SUMMARY: The Department is amending subsection 62-330.010, F.A.C., to incorporate the recently-amended Environmental Resource Permit Applicant’s Handbooks, Volume II, for use in the Suwannee River (rule 40B-400.091(1), F.A.C.), St. Johns River (rules 40C-4.091(1) and 40C-44.091(1), F.A.C.), and South Florida (rule 40E-4.091(1), F.A.C.) Water Management Districts. The Districts updated their handbooks concurrently with the Department’s updates to its stormwater rules.
