The University of West Florida Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed Professional Qualifications submittals for architectural services for a new Wellness Center & Residence Hall Facility.
Professional Services are required to develop plans, specifications, drawings, and other construction documents for a new Wellness Center and Residence Hall facility to be located on the main campus of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL. Solicitation documents including the Project Fact Sheet may be downloaded from the University’s Procurement and Contracts’ website: http://uwf.edu/procurement.
Interested firms are required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting to participate in this solicitation. The mandatory meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 2:00 p.m., at Bldg. 92, Training Room, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL. Sealed submittals will be received until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time), November 24, 2008, at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Bldg. 90, Room 133, The University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514.
Solicitation number 08/PQS-07/ES must be marked on outside of sealed submittal. The University will not be responsible for unopened submittals when the package is not properly identified.
