59A-3.255: Emergency Care
The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for an emergency service exemption from Mease Dunedin Hospital located at 601 Main Street, Dunedin, FL 34698, pursuant to Section 395.1041(3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Neurosurgical services. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
