NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Festival Fun Parks, LLC d/b/a Silver Springs Nature Park. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 565.02(7), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner requests a declaratory statement concerning whether it qualifies as a marine exhibition park complex under the Florida Beverage Law and therefore may operate with a license for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages as set out in Section 565.02(7), Florida Statutes.
