    Notice of Receipt of Applications for Permit Coverage under the State’s Generic Permit for MS4’s

    The Department announces receipt of the application listed below for permit coverage under the Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems from Town of Sewall’s Point, City of Holly Hill, City of Cape Canaveral, City of Daytona Beach and St. Lucie County. The applications are being processed and are available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, Florida.  Any comments related to noticed application, or objections to use the Generic Permit by any of the noticed applicants must be received by the Department within 14 days from the date of this notice.  Comments may be mailed to the following address: Ms. Kathleen Downey, NPDES Stormwater Section, Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, (M.S. 2500), Tallahassee, FL 32399-2400
