The Department adopts the following federal eligibility determination processing standards: 42 C.F.R. §435.910(a), 42 C.F.R. §435.910(b)(2) and (3), and (e)(1)-(3), 42 C.F.R. §435.910(f) and (g). The Department adopts the following federal eligibility determination processing standards: 42 C.F.R. §435.911(a), (b)(1)(i)-(iii), 42 C.F.R. §435.911(c)(2) and (3), 42 C.F.R. §435.911(d)(1)-(3). The Department adopts the following federal eligibility determination processing standards: 42 C.F.R. §435.912. The Department adopts the following federal eligibility budgeting standards: 42 C.F.R. §435.603(g)(1) and (2), 42 C.F.R. §435.603(h)(1)-(3), and 42 C.F.R. §435.603(i). The Department adopts the following federal eligibility budgeting standards: 42 C.F.R. §435.831.

THIS RULE SHALL TAKE EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2014.
