NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 27, 2014, the Department of Health, received a petition for a Permanent Variance from subsection 64E-11.014(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Mess Hall, Inc., Michael Giallombardo, President, 9354 NW 23rd Street, Pembrook Pines, Florida 33024. This rule requires serving openings of mobile food units to be no larger than necessary for the particular operation conducted and the openings to be kept closed at all times except when food is actually being served.
