Request for Applications 2016-113 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Pinellas Counties
This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to Applicants proposing the development of affordable multifamily housing located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Pinellas Counties.
Applications shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on December 8, 2016, to the attention of Ken Reecy, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329.
