    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is statutorily mandated to create a new section of rules to establish requirements for submission, collection, release and publication of claims data pursuant to section 408.05, Florida Statutes, as well as requirements for implementation of a consumer friendly, internet-based platform that will be used to publish information derived from the claims data for public use.
