NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 25, 2016, the Department of Education, received a petition for a waiver from subsection 6A-2.0040(7), F.A.C., Sanitation Standards in K-12 Private Schools. The petition, dated October 10, 2016, requests a variance permitting the school to provide drinking water for students in a format other than the slant jet type drinking fountains prescribed by rule. The petitioner is the Adam Nous Academy, located in Navarre, Florida.
