The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 27, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of Rule 67-48.004(3)(j), F.A.C. from St. Elizabeth Garden Apartments, Ltd, allowing an increase in the total number of units from 151 to 153 and a decrease in the total set-aside percentage from 100% to approximately 98.7%. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on October 4, 2017, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on October 5, 2017 in Vol. 43, Number 193, F.A.R.
