    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 25, 2018, the Florida Real Estate Commission, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Albin J. Varoski III, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61J2-3.009(3), Florida Administrative Code, which states that a provider shall issue notice of satisfactory classroom course completion only to a licensee attending a minimum of 90% of each of the classroom hours.
