    Notice of Application Period for Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP)

    The Department of Environmental Protection announces, in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., that it will accept Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP) applications submitted between November 1, 2016, and on or before 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2017. Public opening of timely submitted ACP applications shall be on January 6, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Conference Room 433, Tallahassee, Florida. The Fall 2016 application forms and instructions for both the individual and bundled ACP applications will be available at the following internet site on September 30, 2016: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/waste/categories/pcp/pages/pac.htm. These documents will be different from prior years’ documents, therefore, it is important that you obtain this ACP cycle’s documents and instructions. Limited Contamination Assessment Reports (LCARs) must meet the statutory requirements of Section 376.30713(2)(a), F.S.
