The Office of Early Learning hereby gives notice:

The Office issued an order denying the request made by Kids Kampus Learning Center, Inc., for a waiver from the requirements of subsection 6M-4.610(3), F.A.C., as it relates to the ineligibility of a school readiness provider to participate in the school readiness program. The petition was filed with the Office of Early Learning on or about July 3, 2017. Notice of the petition was published on July 5, 2017 in Volume 43, no. 129 of the Florida Administrative Register. The order denying the request was filed on October 2, 2017. The order denies the petition as Petitioner has failed to demonstrate that the purpose of the underlying statute will or has been achieved by other means.
