NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Medicine has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Susan M. Piergeorge, MS, RDN, on June 20, 2018. The Notice of Petition was published in Vol. 44, No. 142 of the July 23, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register, seeking the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.505(1)(g)(h), F.S. The applicant received her Florida license and the petition has been withdrawn.
