NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 131, July 6, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. These changes are being made in response to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
1-1.009 Definitions.
Definitions as used in Rule Chapter 1-1, F.A.C.
(1) through (5) No change.
(6) “Notice of Correction” means a notice published in the Florida Administrative Register to revise incorrect or insufficient information or to provide information required but not included, exclusive of substantive changes to rule-text, in a previously published Notice of Proposed Rule or Notice of Change. A technical change that does not affect the substance of the rule should be made in the manner described in Rule 1-1.010(10), F.A.C., A Notice of Correction does not impact an agency’s filing deadlines.
