PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule is to implement Chapter 2019-163, Laws of Florida, which amended Section 112.3142, Florida Statutes, to require commissioners of community redevelopment agencies to complete four hours of ethics training each calendar year, beginning January 1, 2020. The effect of the rule will be to include such commissioners as among those required to complete such training.
