NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 19, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48-0072(26)(b), Florida Administrative Code (5/18/2021) and received an amended petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b) Florida Administrative Code on October 3, 2023 from Sandcastles Foundation, Inc., for an extension of the loan closing deadline for an additional 90 days.
