The Board of Opticianry hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order Granting Petition for Variance and Waiver, filed by Timothea Lamb on August 25, 2023. The Notice of Petition for Waiver and Variance was published in Vol. 49, No. 168, of the August 29, 2023, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on September 22, 2023. The Board’s Order, filed on September 29, 2023, granted the petition. The Board found that petitioner was in substantial compliance with the provision of Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-104, Florida Administrative Code and voted to approve the petition for variance and waiver for Rules 64B12-16.003, 64B12-16.004, and 64B12-16.008, F.A.C.
