MIAMI DADE COLLEGE announces the following scheduled negotiation meetings with shortlisted proposers related to ITN-2016-21-10 for Vending Services College-wide; Food and Beverage. These are negotiation meetings and therefore NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC as per State of Florida Statute 286.0113. These scheduled meetings with shortlisted proposers are scheduled to be held at the location, date and times indicated below. In the event these meetings are cancelled or postponed, notification will be provided and posted on the MDC Website, (www.mdc.edu/purchasing).

Important to note that this procurement process adheres to the “Cone of Silence” ordinance and that no verbal or written communication is allowed during this ITN process unless it is exclusively requested by the Purchasing Department to be utilized for evaluation purposes of this ITN selection process.

If a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above cited meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
