    Notice is hereby given that the Board of Occupational Therapy has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Antrelise Gantt on September 22, 2016. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to whether or not use of the Hivamat 200 is considered an electrical stimulation device, subject to Rule 64B11-4.001, F.A.C., and the appropriateness of its use by occupational therapists or occupational therapy assistants. The Board will consider the petition at its meeting currently scheduled for October 31, 2016. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
