NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from La Galere Markets, Inc.; DS 2017-064. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 560.01(11), 561.17, 562.06, 562.14, F.S. and 61A-3.017, F.A.C. as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Division as to whether La Galere Markets, Inc.’s proposed business model as outlined within the Petition conforms to the licensing requirements of the Beverage Law as the rules promulgated by the Division, and whether the proposed business model specifically conforms to sections 561.01(9), 561.01(11), 561.17, 562.02 and 562.14, Florida Statutes, as well as Rule 61A-3.017, Florida Administrative Code.
