Notice of Proposed Ordinance Governing Telecommunications Companies Placing or Maintaining Telecommunications Facilities in County Roads or Right-of-way.
Manatee County, Florida, hereby gives notice of proposed Ordinance 17-48, restating Article II of Chapter 2-28 of the Manatee County Code of Ordinances to prescribe and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the placement and maintenance of facilities within county right-of-way. Adoption of proposed Ordinance 17-48 shall be considered at a public hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in Commission Chambers on the First Floor of the Manatee County Government Administrative Center, located at 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205.
