NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Ability Mercy, LLC requesting to waive subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C., for a waiver of the timing provisions of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan pertaining to a tax credit exchange.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
