NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Centerra Associates, Ltd. requesting to waive subsection 67-48.0072(26), F.A.C., to allow Petitioner to extend the required closing date for the HOME loan proceeds allocated to the Petitioner.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
