NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from St. Elizabeth Gardens Apartments, Ltd. requesting to waive paragraphs 67-48.004(3)(i) and (j), F.A.C., requesting an increase in the total number of units from 151 to 153 and a decrease in the total set-aside percentage from 100% to approximately 98.7%

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
