    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 29, 2017, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a variance from Holley- Navarre Water System, Inc. The petitioner requested a permanent variance from paragraph 62-600.440(6)(a), F.A.C., to increase Holley Wastewater Reclamation Facility FLA548464 annual, monthly averages and single sample maximum Total Suspended Solids (TSS) limits. paragraph 62-600.440(6)(a), F.A.C., which sets treatment criteria for reclaimed water projects for high-level disinfection, specifically that the reclaimed water limit for TSS shall not exceed 5.0 mg/L at a point before application of the disinfectant.
