NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 15, 2006, the Department of Community Affairs, received a petition for Waiver from the City of Starke. The petitioner seeks a waiver of paragraph 9B-43.0041(1)(b), Fla. Admin. Code, so that the Petitioner will be permitted to submit corrected survey data on the “very low income” households in its proposed service area.
