NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 25, 2006, the Department of Community Affairs, received a petition for Waiver from the Town of Jennings. The petitioner seeks a waiver of paragraph 9B-43.0041(1)(b), Fla. Admin. Code, so that the Petitioner will be permitted to submit corrected survey data on the “very low income” households in its proposed service area. The petition for waiver is being applied for under Chapter 120.542, F.S.
