The Florida Public Service Commission will conduct public hearings in the service territory of BellSouth to elicit public testimony regarding the company’s petition seeking recovery of its 2005 Tropical System Related Costs and Expenses pursuant to Section 364.051(4), Florida Statutes. (Docket No. 060598-TL). Public testimony will be received relating to the factors outlined in Section 364.051(4), Florida Statutes, which the Commission must consider in making its decision in this matter. The public hearing will be conducted at the following time, date and location:

DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, October 25, 2006, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Central Time)
