The District II, Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To hold the regularly scheduled LEPC meeting.

If any person desires to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above-cited meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
