NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 01, 2006, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a variance from the Taylor Coastal Water & Sewer District to allow its Class D water treatment plant operator to continue to be the lead operator of the District's Class C Water Treatment Plant until he retires, which is expected to be in about 3 years.
