    59G-4.330 Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect.

    (1) This rule applies to all targeted case management providers enrolled in the Medicaid Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Program.

    (2) All Medicaid-enrolled targeted case management for children at risk of abuse and neglect providers must be in compliance with the Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Coverage and Limitations Handbook, August 2006, incorporated by reference, and the Florida Medicaid Provider Reimbursement Handbook, Non-Institutional 081, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 59G-13.001, F.A.C. Both handbooks are available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s website at http://floridamedicaid.acs-inc.com. Click on Provider Support, and then on Handbooks.
