NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 23, 2014, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-14.060(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Children in Crisis. Subsection 65C-14.060(3), F.A.C., states contracted emergency shelters which accept male and female clients, age 12 or older, shall ensure that both male and female staff are on duty at all times.
