GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: FDOT is designing improvements for the Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue (9th Avenue East) and 15th Street East intersection. The primary purpose of this project is to improve traffic flow and provide safe pedestrian access along both corridors. FDOT is proposing a roundabout at this intersection. The construction of the roundabout will require right-of-way acquisition.
