The Notice was published in Volume 41, No. 126, of the Florida Administrative Register, on June 30, 2015. The Board, at its meeting held on August 21, 2105, voted to grant the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship; that application of the rule would violate the principles of fairness; and that the purpose of the underlying statute has been met.
