Annual Regulatory Plans of Boards and Councils
In accordance with section 120.74(3)(b), Florida Statutes (2015), the Department of Health provides notice that the Department has reviewed the Annual Regulatory Plan of each board established under Section 20.43(3)(g), Florida Statutes. Board and Council Regulatory Plans are available effective October 1, 2015 at the following web address: http://www.floridahealth.gov/licensing-and-regulation/reports-and-publications/annual-regulatory-plans.html.
