    The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, October 13, 2016, 5:00 p.m.7:00 p.m.

    PLACE: FDOT Manatee Operations Center, 14000 East State Road (SR) 64, Bradenton, FL 34212

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public information meeting for an improvement project at the intersection of SR 64, Rye Road, and White Eagle Boulevard (future) in Manatee County. Financial Project ID 196022-5-21-01. This meeting was originally scheduled for September 1, 2016; however, it was postponed due to Hurricane Hermine.

    The meeting will be held in an open house format with continuous slideshow presentation. Project staff will display plans and answer questions about the project. Information on the alternatives being considered at the intersection will be available at the meeting. Both a signalized intersection and roundabout are being evaluated.

    FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
