Notice of Application Period for Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP)
The Department of Environmental Protection announces, in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., that it will accept Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP) applications submitted between November 1, 2017, and on or before 5:00 p.m. on January 2, 2018. Public opening of timely submitted ACP applications shall be on January 10, 2018, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Conference Room 433, Tallahassee, Florida. The Fall 2017 bid application forms and instructions for both the individual and bundled ACP applications are available at the following internet site:
