NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 37 No. 37, September 16, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The notice of proposed rulemaking omitted reference to the need for legislative ratification. The repeal of this proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification. This rule was last amended in 1994 and is now outdated and inconsistent with current governing statute.
