NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Timothy Krebs. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 101.2, Florida Building Code, Building and Section R101.2, Florida Building Code, Residential (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to if the Florida Building Code, Building (2010) applies to an addition/remodel for a single-family residence that is not undergoing a change of occupancy.
