The extended deadline for submissions is Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. Sealed bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids shall be opened and reviewed at 4:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Sealed bids should be directed to:
