University of Florida Procurement Services will receive sealed bids for the following comprised of two (2) lots: ITB17KO-109, Lot 1 - Quick Response Annual Contract for General Contractors, ITB17KO-110, Lot 1 - Quick Response Mechanical Contractor Annual Contract, ITB17KO-111, Lot 1 - Quick Response Electrical Contractor Annual Contract, and ITB17KO-112, Lot 1 - Quick Response Plumbing Contractor Annual Contract for UF Main Campus in Gainesville.

ITB17KO-109, Lot 2 – Quick Response Annual Contract for General Contractors, ITB17KO-110, Lot 2 - Quick Response Mechanical Contractor Annual Contract, ITB17KO-111, Lot 2 - Quick Response Electrical Contractor Annual Contract, and ITB17KO-112, Lot 2 - Quick Response Plumbing Contractor Annual Contract for UF St. Augustine campus. Scope of work: To simplify and expedite the execution of small general contractor, electrical, mechanical and plumbing projects under $200,000 at the University of Florida Gainesville Campus (lot 1) and/or University of Florida St. Augustine Properties (lot 2). Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting for Gainesville campus projects (ITB17KO-109 lot 1) will be held October 27, 2016 at 8:30AM and (ITB17KO-110, 111, 112 lot 1) will be held October 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at the Physical Plant Division, Main Street Building, Radio Road, Gainesville, FL. Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting for St. Augustine projects (lot 2) will be held October 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Government House, 48 King Street, St. Augustine.
