    65G-4.020: iBudget Florida
    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule development is to solicit public input to be used in developing rules to comply with Section 393.0662, F.S., requiring the Agency to establish the iBudget (Individual Budget) program for the delivery of home and community-based Medicaid waiver program services to serve clients with developmental disabilities.
    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Section 393.0662, F.S., requires that the agency develop and implement a comprehensive redesign of the service delivery system using individual budgets as the basis for allocating the funds appropriated for the home and community-based services Medicaid waiver program among eligible enrolled clients. The service delivery system shall be called the iBudget system. These rules will implement those requirements.
