GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Administration Commission will consider repeal of Chapter 28-34 and associated rules addressing land planning regulations for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern - City of North Key Largo Beach. Rule Chapter 28-34 and associated rules were adopted in anticipation of incorporation of the City of North Key Largo Beach. Incorporation never occurred. Therefore, the rules are unnecessary.
