NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 33, August 17, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The correction is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated August 22, 2012.  The correction is as follows:

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule amendment is “to eliminate a reference to a rule that does not exist.”
