Notice is hereby given that the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Timothy J. and Regina L. Dayton, on September 23, 2015. The Petitioner seeks an interpretation of Section 455.227(1)(i), Florida Statutes, in regard to disciplinary action to be taken. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
