NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 03, 2024, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for Waiver from Hector J. Zaldivar Chapelli. Hector J. Zaldivar Chapelli is requesting that the Department of Financial Services grant a Waiver from subsection 69J-7.001(5) of the Florida Administrative Code regarding the “Improvement 4 – Opening Protection (WINDOWS)” requirements on pages 12 and 13 of Form DFS-O1-001, incorporated by reference in subsection 69J-7.001(5), F.A.C.
